Chett worked on computer issues for an organization I work for. Chett responded quickly to his calls. He was knowledgeable, experienced and extremely friendly. He gave me useful info as how to prolong the life of a computer. I will definitely call Chett again if I/we have problems with computers in the future!
Chett saved us hundreds of dollars by doing a
simple repair on my wife's laptop for a reasonable fee, with an

I recently had unfortunate need for the services
of a data recovery service and was recommended to Chett Salzman by an
acquaintance. He was able to recover the data, including several
thousand digital images that I had not backed up, on my dead hard drive
in its entirety. Chett was professional, promptly answered my
inquiries, and kept me informed of the progress of the recovery.
Although I was not necessarily in a hurry he made sure the recovery
happened as quickly as possible. And best of all, he guaranteed the
work - no data no charge. I certainly appreciate Chett's efforts and am

I highly recommend Chett's services. Some months
back, I had problems with my email service, which is essential to my
law practice. After another computer specialist was unable to identify
the problem, I called Chett. He came out right away and diagnosed the
problem, explaining the techical problem in lay terms. He quickly
resolved the issue and charged a reasonable rate for doing so.
Fortunately, I have not had any computer problems since then. When and
if I do, I will surely call Chett.

I had a hard drive to crash on me and only part of it could be restored
using any methods my husband and I knew of. I found Chett’s
advertisement on Craig’s List and he got back to me nearly immediately
after I e-mailed him. He was easy to work with, e.g. quick to pick up
the drive and return it to me. I also think his charges were reasonable
considering how many hours he put into retrieving my data. He returned
everything to me in a neat stack of CD’s which I am keeping in case
this drive fails on me one day. So, bottom line, two thumbs up for
Chett!
